Barbara

Barbara was in the pound for two months with her friend Hemsworth (also a Southpaw dog) before they came to their fosters ranch. 

 

Although friends, Barbara and Hemsworth are not bonded. She does get along wonderfully with other dogs and loves to play with them. Barbara is still shy with people. She will require a patient adopter who will take the time to bond with her and show her she is safe and loved. Currently, because she is a dog in a foster with a lot of other dogs, she needs be be coaxed with treats to come to people. We are confident that once she knows she is safe, she will be very loyal and bonded to an adopter. Barbara does want to be loved, but she's scared. Despite her fear, she has never growled or been aggressive. 

 

Barbara is only 10 months old. She is listed as an Alaska Husky, but she is small and probably mixed with something. She is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
